Impact Sourcing

MB Services Impact Sourcing

MB Services is unwavering in its mission to create positive change within the communities we engage with. Our cornerstone practice, impact sourcing, is the conduit through which we channel social and economic betterment. By opening doors to employment for those with constrained opportunities, we champion marginalized individuals—those from low-income backgrounds, those with disabilities, refugees, and those residing in remote areas.

Through purposeful tasks and comprehensive training, we not only impart employees with important skills, but also bolster their economic avenues. Proudly exemplifying the spirit of impact sourcing, MB Services stands tall amongst an exclusive global cohort of companies championing this profound and transformative approach.

MB Services has been recognized as a trailblazer in Impact sourcing by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) as a testament to our commitment and achievements in this field. In order to conform to the Impact Sourcing Standards, businesses need to meet requirements in five different sections, that cumulatively cover the entire employee life cycle. Each requirement includes a business policy, practice, or management system that Impact Sourcing providers must implement in order to ensure that people that have been long-term unemployed or those living under the national poverty line enjoy equal opportunities to enter the workforce and advance in their careers. Our practices in accordance with these beliefs and behaviors have been endorsed by the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition (GISC).

MB Services promotes inclusive hiring practices that target individuals who are vulnerable or disadvantaged due to their experience of being long-term unemployed or living under the national poverty line. MB Services is committed to ensuring that our business has no involvement in modern slavery or human trafficking. Modern slavery is a crime and violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. MB Services will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.
